Welcome
Finzean School is a small primary school with its nursery – Ballogie Nursery – situated 2 miles away. Both the school and the nursery serve the Finzean, Ballogie and Strachan catchment areas.
We pride ourselves on our warm, friendly and nurturing environment where pupils are safe and able to develop the core life skills they will need for the future. Our dedicated staff evaluate our methods and lead development work to raise standards and improve outcomes for our young people.
Our School And Nursery are happy and welcoming environments and both have a real sense of community spirit. We welcome and encourage parental involvement in the education of the children and this partnership is essential because children learn best when they are supported at home.
Both sites benefit from excellent outdoor spaces, including the school wood which is located about half a mile from the school. Community paths link both sites to the nearest villages.
